How?

Given a clear set of goals & requirements we work with you to define the scope of the project, timeline and specific deliverables.

Projects usually have specific implementation objectives that result in the production of a working usable system.

We have support from expert software, database, cloud and ops engineers to build and deploy the solution.

A typical project would be a team of 5-10 with one or more phases of 3 months each.

Projects are usually quoted and billed via fixed price contracts.

2) Extend Your Data Science Team

We work as part of your existing Data Science team and participate in projects, tasks, meetings etc.

Billing is on a time and materials basis according to pre-agreed rates.

3) Pure Research

For new frontier research projects it can be a challenge to define precise task level goals ahead of time.

We will work with you to identify long term objectives and identify a step-by-step process leading to a proof of concept and eventually migrate to a formal R&D project (1).

The initial phases may take as little 6-8 weeks each and are quoted as fixed price project.
